AFTER-SALES SERVICE
There is no doubt about it. After-Sales service today is the prime factor that determines long-term customer satisfaction more than ever before. Today, the market not only expects quality from the product but also from aftersales services.
For this reason, our services do not end when an HPF Inspection System leaves our plant. The system continues to receive comprehensive services from our backroom and field teams. Our specialists stand by you and, on request, they will develop a needs-related service concept to meet your requirements.
TRAINING COURSES AND DEMONSTRATIONS
Efficient technology needs safe mastery. Each machine is only as good as the person who operates it. Together with the technology, HPF ELEKTRONIK also offers training opportunities. We discuss every detail of the practice-based training courses with you. We provide you with all the knowledge you need to operate and maintain our machines. The objective is to raise the levels of efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- You decide on the place: Either at your company, or here in Urbach, Germany, or at one of our representatives throughout the world. Ask us for a proposal we also grant group rates or courses lasting several days.
- Training sessions via Teamviewer: Training sessions can be set up quickly and easily via a remote desktop connection. This can be done directly on the system or at any workplace with a PC. By directly logging into the system installed on the machine, we can provide individual training with a focus on the features you need, using your actual products.
LOAN AND TESTING EQUIPMENT
Try us out! We have a number of standard inspection systems available as test equipment.
You are welcome to put our systems to the test here at our plant or at your premises for a period of 3 months.
REMOTE MAINTENANCE
Remote maintenance features are pre-installed and ready-to-use on HPF Systems.
Our technicians can provide quick help and assistance around the globe via the internet (either by cable or wireless, e.g. a hot spot set up with a smartphone).
